The position
As our Specialist, you will take the overall technical responsibility of essential systems, working hand-in-hand with our dedicated professionals and technicians to lead the way in operational excellence and continuous improvements. Over the next 5-10 years, we are upgrading, updating and rebuilding our production site, the groundwork for which we are laying now. Therefore, you will get the opportunity to be at the forefront of technological advancements, playing a crucial role in the support and evolution of our utilities.

Work tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Setting strategic direction within HVAC and Industrial and Clean Utilities.
  • Identifying and figuring out implementation strategies for new technologies.
  • Troubleshooting and optimizing existing equipment.
  • Sparring with colleagues about how to handle challenging cases.
  • Supporting qualification of equipment.

You will work in close collaboration with experienced colleagues, skilled workers, and stakeholders across the organization. Qualifications
You are responsible, service minded and a solution-oriented team player, who is eager to learn and curious about future of HVAC and utilities. We are looking for someone who is used to and thrives working in a dynamic environment and can prioritize between many important tasks.

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • An Academic Degree within engineering, mechanical engineering, chemistry or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience within the areas of HVAC and Industrial and Clean Utility in a production facility. With in-depth knowledge and experiences, which could be from pharmaceutical production or other relevant industries.
  • Full proficiency in English, written as well as spoken. Danish language is a plus, but not a requirement. However, you should be willing to learn it.

As a person, you are ambitious and proactive, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels within the organization. You thrive both independently and in smaller teams. Your collaborative spirit makes you a valued team member, always ready to contribute and support your colleagues.

About the department
In Aseptic Manufacturing, Bagsværd, Production Support, our primary role is to maintain the prerequisites that allows production to operate smoothly without interruptions.

You will be part of an aseptic filling factory with approx. 900 employees working to produce marketed insulin, GLP-1, and obesity products for the benefit of patients around the world.

Production Support have the responsibility of securing stable supply and distribution of WFI, clean steam and HVAC in the production facility and monitor and maintain all our utility systems.

Production Support consists of 4 teams, Operations, Projects, Fine Mechanics Workshop and Asset Management, with approx. 45 highly engaged engineers and skilled workers, handling daily operations, maintenance, requalification, quality issues and improvements.
