The Job
As the Head of Customer Success, you will be at the forefront of leading, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing international team of customer success leaders and professionals. Your primary goal is to ensure that they consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences. Building and nurturing strong relationships with our clients will be crucial, as you strive to understand their unique challenges and business objectives. You will play a vital role in building and implementing seamless onboarding processes, ensuring that customers comprehend the value proposition of our solutions and can effectively integrate them into their operations.
Professional Competencies
- Experience with Customer Success from a tech company working with SaaS
- Experience from a leadership role in an international environment
- Strong experience with developing customer success and onboarding processes
- Experience with continuously improving the customer feedback loop
- Collaborate with internal departments such as product development and sales
- Experience with strategic and commercial leadership
- Professional proficiency in written and oral English.
