To strengthen our team, we are looking for a talented C# Backend Developer to join our team in Ratisbonne, who is passionate about shaping the future of finance with us.

You will work with Microsoft Azure's serverless infrastructure and Azure Durable Functions to create and maintain scalable and resilient applications.

What you will be doing

• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using C# and .NET Core
• Utilize Microsoft Azure's serverless infrastructure, including Azure Functions and Azure Durable Functions
• Design and implement database solutions and queries for SQL and NoSQL databases
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of our systems
• Integrate third-party APIs and services
• Collaborate closely with other developers through pair programming to implement new features and solve complex problems
• Implement security and data protection measures
• Conduct code reviews and continuously improve our codebase
• Plan, estimate effort, implement, and document development tasks and projects

​What we are looking for
To succeed in this role we expect you to have a similar role where you have gained a strong Backend experience within C# and .NET Core

You have a Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, including serverless technologies like Azure Functions and Azure Durable Functions
• Understanding of agile development processes and tools (e.g., Scrum, Azure DevOps)
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Team player with strong communication skills

As a person you are pro-active, responsible, and quality oriented. You have strong analytical skills and a structured way of working and courage to try new things. You are dependable and knowledge-sharing team-player.

As Banking Circle is an international company it´s a requirement, that you are fluent in English and German, both verbally and in writing. If you master other relevant languages, it will be an asset.
