The Operations Management Office (OMO) sits within Service Operations in the Service business unit, Northern and Central Europe (NCE) at Vestas. We are a governance and advisory function for the entire region and act as an interface between global headquarters and regional operations. We are the centre of excellence for system and process developments within the region. Furthermore, we provide daily business support to enable our operational colleagues reach our shared organizational targets to deliver the Service KPIs and overall Service strategy.
Responsibilities
As the Operational Performance Specialist, you can expect to have the following responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor key performance indicators and communicate to responsible stakeholders, provide root cause analysis for KPI performance
- Prepare operational performance meetings on regional and global level, aligning with stakeholders across the organization and follow-up on action plans
- Govern and follow-up on initiatives locally and globally to improve our KPIs, e.g. for cost efficiency and contractual availability
- Consult and support on operational performance improvements across the region
- Engage with the team to implement change and operational performance improvements
Qualifications
We believe that you possess the following skills:
- Fluent in English on professional level
- Experience within operational excellence or operational business development
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably with background in business/ performance analytics
- Master or equivalent in Business/Economics field.
- Service business experience is advantageous, especially when related to the wind energy sector
- Excellent user of MS Office
