About the role
On behalf of our client, Academic Work is seeking individuals who are administratively and technically strong project assistant for one of our clients. Your primary task will be to analyze and drive improvements in internal data within the security area. This project-based role is initially until the end of the year, with a good possibility for extension. As a member of the IAM Review and Controls Team, you will analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance processes. You will ensure updates from stakeholders, including Application Owners and Providers, comply with IAM guidelines and standards. Proactive follow-up is crucial to ensure IT Access reviews are completed on time. Effective communication and a proactive approach are essential, as you will support and assist managers. The most important part is not experience within IAM; it is that you have the interest and the capabilities to learn.

Work tasks

• Analyze data and drive improvements

• Highlight impediments and escalate if there are any delays to meeting set timelines.

We are looking for

• Someone who has experience in IT project work and administrative work.
• Someone who has basic knowledge of Access Management.
• Someone who has basic knowledge of security controls.
• The ability to speak and write English at a high level.

It is meritorious if you have

• The ability to speak and write Danish at a high level.
• Experience with similar tasks in a similar role.
