The position
We are looking for an OT/Automation supporter to join our IT/OT team of app. 15 employees.

As an OT Technician at Novo Nordisk, you will have the opportunity to:

• Handle the daily OT support of IT systems and automation equipment in a production facility consisting of more than 20 fully automated systems.

• Troubleshoot software and ensure that production runs as smooth as possible.

• Ensure that all work is carried out according to existing rules and regulations.

• Participate in validation of IT and automation changes.

• Be involved in relevant projects, that will lift old systems up to daily standards.

In our team we are passionate about what we do and work together as a family, sharing knowledge every day. Our tasks vary greatly from day to day and often requires collaboration/coordination across different departments (inside and outside of the production). However, our main goal is to keep IT/OT equipment in the best condition to avoid unplanned production stop in our 24/7 basis.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

• Background as automation technician, IT technician, IT/OT support, data technician or equivalent

• Minimum of 5 years of technical experience

• Knowledge of PLCs, IT infrastructure, SCADA/HMI (iFix) and servers in a windows-domain environment

• Experience or strong knowledge in troubleshooting and problem solving.

• Preferably, experience in the pharmaceutical or equivalent industry.

As a benefit but not a requirement you have experience with operating systems like Windows, Windows server, and Linux. You managed IT systems, did validations in a GXP environment, handled change Request etc.

On a personal level, you are cooperative, with a customer-centric mind set, and thrive to have fun with your colleagues at work. You have an open mind, are willing to learn and you are structured and proactive in your work and will never compromise on quality. To succeed you need to be able to keep calm make choices in a busy work environment, where the agenda changes frequently. You ask curious questions and can communicate on all levels of the organisation.

Finally, you also need to have good capabilities in written and spoken English and Danish as you will be working closely with stakeholders across the entire organisation.

About the department
You will be part of a dynamic team consisting of approximately 15 colleagues. The team is rapidly growing to stay aligned with our constantly developing surroundings. We are very diverse in terms of background, age, culture, knowledge etc. Physical presence in Bagsværd is required.
