Purchase Coordinator

We are looking for a Purchase Coordinator to support our Purchase Area Managers. We offer an exciting and challenging job for the detail-oriented candidate with good administrative skills.
Our initial focus will be to educate you about the industry, parallel trade, and equip you to gradually take on more responsibility in our department and company.

As a Purchase Coordinator your initial focus will be to coordinate and execute tasks related to procuring medicine from our European suppliers. These tasks include:
- Updating databases with supply information and prices
- Responsible for invoices being processed
- Supporting Purchase Area Managers with creating purchase orders and stock confirmation.
- Updating supplier data and acquiring the information needed to approve new suppliers.
- Responsible for the coordination of product inconsistencies with the Supply Chain Coordinators and Purchase Area Managers.
- General data analysis and research.

We also expect a proactive approach to solving problems, taking ownership of tasks, and bravely challenging the processes of the department and the company.
As a person, you are proactive, curious, and self-driven.
Furthermore, we expect you to:
- Have excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral. Danish is an advantage.
- Have a relevant commercial educational and or similar professional experience.
- Be experienced in the MS Office applications and have an interest in using other systems
- Strive to work with high standards
- Be flexible and welcome travelling to visit business partners and participate in fairs

You will be a part of the purchase settlement branch, a dynamic and ambitious team consisting of 6 employees who works close together to ensure the whole backend workflow of the purchase department.
We support each our own Purchase Area Manager but always help each other whenever it is needed.
While working we value an informal and friendly atmosphere with room for a good laugh.
