About the job
As Teamlead for our highly specialized implementation team in the Cyber Defence Center, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth transitions for our customers, both during on- and offboarding. You will have the overview of all ongoing implementations and ensure planning and progress on these – including ensure the overview across different total deliveries from our different divisions.

Reporting to the Head of the Cyber Defence Center, you will manage and lead a team of four technical consultants responsible for implementing all our security services. Also you contribute to the development of new services, updating existing services, and ensuring integration and compatibility with our systems in collaboration with our Research & Development section.

Your responsibilities and daily tasks in brief:

• Participate in implementation projects when on-boarding/off-boarding customers
• Advise customers on their Security Posture on a technical level
• Provide technical advisory for colleagues
• Assist Solution Architects and Sales in the formulation of new implementations
• Monitor, analyze, and perform digital forensics, advising customers on their security
• Be front-runner in our relationship with our customers
• Enhance your skillset by attending relevant webinars, presentations, conferences, continuous learning, and certification courses.

The Cyber Defence Center is one of two pillars of our Cyber Security Division, and you will work closely with your counterpart in the other security pillar, who focuses on consulting tasks.

About you and your skillset
There can be many paths to this position, but to be successful, we expect you to:

• Have experience as an IT Consultant, Operations Consultant, or similar
• Have some knowledge of threats and risks related to Cyber Security
• Be fluent in both English and Danish – both spoken and written
• Have knowledge in Enterprise System Administration for MS Windows and Linux
• Be extroverted, service-minded, and a team player
• Be structured, detail-oriented, and take pride in the quality of your work
• Be able to communicate your professional knowledge to end-users as well as experts
• Be self-driven, solution-oriented, and eager to learn and participate in trainings and certifications.
