Your role
As a Senior Controller at Aptio Group Denmark, you will be at the heart of our financial operations in Hillerød, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight across all our processes. You will work closely with our management team, providing essential financial oversight and contributing to our overall success.
Your role will involve:
Financial Leadership
Lead our financial planning and controlling, analysis, and reporting processes to drive informed decision-making.
Strategic Insights
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management based on financial analysis and trends.
Budget Management
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure optimal financial performance of Aptio Group Denmark and Switzerland.
External Connections
Proactively lead all external financial service suppliers – salary, bookkeeping, etc.

We are looking for
We seek a controller with a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset. The ideal candidate will possess
- At least 7-10 years of experience in financial management or controlling, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in financial software and tools, with advanced Excel capabilities.
