Unlock the Power of Creative Content in Marketing and Media Performance

Mindshare Denmark is seeking a strategic and experienced Client Content Director to lead a team dedicated to helping our clients unlock the potential of creative content across all media channels. This role is crucial in ensuring the flawless execution of channel-led content strategies in close collaboration with the GroupM Content team.

About the Role:
As the Client Content Director, you will be the primary client lead on content-driven projects. You will be responsible for:

  • Client Management: Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their complex marketing challenges, and proactively identifying and addressing their needs.
  • Strategic Leadership: Developing and executing content strategies that align with client business goals and leverage the full spectrum of GroupM's capabilities.
  • Team Leadership and collaboration: Leading, motivating, and developing a team of client managers focused on content excellence. Working closely with the Mindshare Communication Strategists and the GroupM Content team to ensure seamless integration of content strategies across all media channels.
  • Content Expertise: Serving as a subject matter expert on content creation, including advertising, social media, copywriting, influencer marketing, PR, and media.

Your Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and experience:

  • Collaboration: Strong track record of leading and motivating cross functional teams beyond own line-of-business.
  • Responsibility: Demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and accountability for project delivery. Finding creative solutions to unique problems and developing playbooks for future reference.
  • Curiosity: Staying up-to-date on industry trends, societal shifts, and cultural development.
  • Budget Management: Understanding and managing budgets, and evaluating project performance against financial goals.
  • Consultative Approach: Providing structurred and sound, data-driven advice to clients, while also understanding Mindshare's product offerings and revenue targets.
  • Subject matter expertise: Together with the Communications Strategists, you’ll define client strategy and brief, and co-create with the GroupM Content team when defining the core narrative and effectively communicating it. Ensure communication excellence and creative aesthetics.
  • Creativity and Ideation: Have a strong point of view on what high quality creative looks like and able to discuss these ambitions with client teams and leadership. Also very confident in discussing and co-creating ideas and campaign concepts, and give feedback to creatives to meet the brief in the best possible way.
  • Digital and Social Media understanding: Understand how digital and social media content drives performance and basic understanding on how these channels work to ensure high quality content adapted to the channel. That can be communiti mngt, influencer marketing and social ads.
  • Production and development: Able to drive strong efficient production set up with high quality outputs.
  • Preferred native Danish speaker.
