The Job

Our unit Equities, Funds & Savings Sweden delivers core business solutions to B2B customers, typically banks and other financial companies, in the Nordic market for equities trading, funds distribution and safekeeping of financial instruments. With products such as AbaSec, TCM and our new offering, Lite, we consider ourselves being the leading player in the Nordics.

As our business is growing, we are looking for experienced engineers to join our agile development teams. The product/tech stack includes back office-, fund- and trading solutions developed mainly in C#, MS TSQL and JavaScript. We are right now in a phase of significantly modernizing our platforms transforming them into cloud ready services and a high performant microservice based architecture.

Hand in hand with modernizing the tech, we are developing our way of working to become even more collaborative, innovative and speedy!

You:
We are looking for strong, product focused team players who are passionate about delivering top notch software solutions to our customers.

Your core skills should target some, or all, of these:

• Software development
• MS .Net and C#
• MS SQL Server
• Collaborative, agile teamwork

If you in addition are willing to grow within some of these areas, it's meritorious:

• Software design / architecture
• Workflow management and CI/CD
• Test automation
• Microsoft Azure
• Angular JS, JavaScript / TypeScript
• Cybersecurity

To succeed with us, we think you should have most of these skills:

• Strong development skills using various technologies
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, including in English and Swedish
• A drive and desire to make yourself and your team improve every day
• Experience in working independently as well with teams
• Good understanding of the financial industry
• At least five years of experience of working in an agile environment
• A degree in relevant field and/or solid experience from the financial industry

We work according to a hybrid model where you are expected to be at our office in Solna at least 2 days per week.
