About the Mission
As a Sales Executive, your main focus will be acquiring new customers. You will find and call prospects, execute sales meetings (in person and online), negotiate, convert, as well as serve and manage the customers you have won to ensure an excellent customer experience.

You will manage the whole sales process from prospecting to closing deals. You will use different and creative prospecting sources including web, social media, business publications and so forth to find prospects.

You will identify opportunities to expand Efficy’s footprint to customers and proactively search new within named customer organisations (new units, new subsidiaries, etc.).

You will strive to continuously improve your sales process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices.

You’re responsible to build a sustainable pipeline month by month and ensure that the targets are met and exceeded.

About YOU

  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field
  • + 4 years of experience in B2B business development preferably in the SaaS CRM industry
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills in Dutch and English
  • A proven track record of working as Sales/Business Development is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proven ability to learn quickly
  • Mature, proactive, committed, self-motivated and cheerful
  • A natural team player
  • Ability to see and identify business potential everywhere
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for new technologies
  • Appreciates challenges
