Join Large Corporates and Institutions
Located in our vibrant Copenhagen office, you will join a team of 32 skilled professionals in Investor Services. Our mission is to provide unmatched client service, innovative product solutions, and expert market insights tailored to the demands of our clients. We are committed to strategic customer retention, active cross-selling, and exploring new sales avenues within the post-trade area. As a key member of our team, you will focus on:

  • Sales and Advisory: Deliver top-tier sales consultations and maintain trusted relationships with existing clients. Collaborate with our Nordic IVS (Investor Services) Sales Team and Institutional Banking to boost client satisfaction and retention.
  • Product Expertise: Partner with Senior Bankers and Product Specialists to comprehensively address client needs, promoting our extensive suite of Investor Services products, such as Global Custody, Derivatives Clearing (OTC and ETD), Third-Party Collateral Management, and FX Clearing.
  • Market Innovation: Keep a pulse on market trends to identify new opportunities and initiatives that align with our strategic objectives.

Communicative and collaborative Relationship Manager
You thrive in developing long-term client relationships and excel in a collaborative and results-oriented environment. You possess an innate ability to collaborate effectively, showing deep commitment to client satisfaction and retention. Your strategic thinking and proactive approach enable you to adapt swiftly to market changes and innovate continuously. With great communication skills, you are adept at both Danish and English, equipped to engage meaningfully with a diverse range of stakeholders. Additionally, the ideal candidate possesses:

  • A robust background in the Investor Services sector or relevant experience in the post-trade value chain within a financial institution or corporate treasury.
  • A master’s degree in economics, finance, or a related field is desirable.
  • Fluency in Danish and proficiency in English, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Strategic thinking and a proactive approach to navigate the complexities of dealing with Large Corporates and Institutional Clients, providing insights and advice that influence high-stakes financial decisions.
