Hammer Andersen Commercial Recruitment is looking for a Technical Sales Manager for LESNI A/S to sell new exciting air purification projects to the global market.

LESNI A/S is a global leader in air purification and clean technology to protect the climate. They design and produce customer-specific systems for demanding customers in the medical device industry, the pharmaceutical industry, the food industry, the furniture industry, the metal industry, the paint and varnish industry, and other manufacturing industries.

LESNI A/S cleans the air of toxic gases, odorous substances, solvents, dust, etc. Their facilities are set up throughout Europe, America, Asia, and Australia, where they clean air volumes ranging from 50 to 400,000 m3 per hour.

About the Job:
As Technical Sales Manager, you report directly to the company's Sales Director. Your base will be the head office in Billund. You will be responsible for project sales of air purification systems globally and your customers will be large and medium-sized industrial groups. In this position, you should expect approx. 30-50 days of travel activity.

Your primary tasks will be:

  • Global sales of air purification solutions/plant or process engineering
  • Inquiries and preparation of offers
  • Customer advice with technical clarification and sparring
  • Drive sales projects in close collaboration with the project department
  • Uncover market potential and implement sales promotion activities
  • Cultivate new markets and customers

About you:
Today you are working in a similar position where you have proven your skills in technical project sales.

  • You easily understand and read drawings and technical specifications.
  • You have mechanical and technical insight and can operate customer-tailored solutions. It is advantageous if you have experience with process plants, machine plants, or a related industry.
  • You are either a chemical or mechanical engineer or have another technical education.
  • The role requires independence and the ability to work in a structured and targeted manner so that progress is made on the tasks.
  • You have good communication skills, both internally and externally.
  • You possess good negotiation skills so that a positive impression is left with the customers.
  • You speak and write fluent English and Danish at a negotiation level.
  • The company operates globally and other languages ​​will be useful.
