As a Senior Test Manager, you will become an integral part of our consultancy team at KMD Services, within the Application Development & Modernization department. Your role will be to advise and assist clients with their challenges. Our tasks range from small advisory and pilot projects to large, long-term modernization and development projects. Our senior consultants typically work across the entire value chain, from pre-sales and proposals to project delivery and handover to maintenance – a process we call "Sell & Deliver."

Responsibilities:

• Active participation in sales and proposal work, including solution design and estimation
• Develop test strategies at various levels, including method and tool selection
• Create test plans
• Conduct product risk analyses (PRA)
• Leading our delivery projects, ensuring test and quality assurance
• Facilitate and motivate close and value-creating collaboration between customers and the delivery team
• Client advisory on methods and tools selection
• Review, feedback, and documentation
• Community leadership

About You:
As a new colleague, you are ambitious, structured, methodical, persistent, and dedicated to your tasks and responsibilities. You collaborate well, communicate effectively, have strong empathy, and are decisive with a solid impact. You understand the importance of building relationships and achieving results internally and externally through collaboration.

Professional Requirements:

• Extensive experience with test and quality assurance methods and tools across the SDLC
• Deep insights into the test tool stack and methodology
• Experience implementing test strategies
• Experience managing and coordinating both large and small projects
• Workshop facilitation skills
• Experience with Agile and SCRUM methodologies
• Professional background in computer science/software development or similar
• Minimum of 3-5 years as a tester/test manager in complex IT projects
• ISTQB certified
• You stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Quality assurance and test optimization, including open source and AI.
• Fluent in Danish and English
