For our location in Karlsruhe we are looking for a Head of Supply Chain Management (SCM) (m/f/d)
Main tasks:​

• Leading a team in the area of SCM in the areas of
  Order management, warehouse, order controlling and purchasing
• Reporting to the management
• Order Management includes:
  - Order entry
  - Review of master data
  - Procurement of spare parts from internal/external suppliers
  - Creation of production orders (separation columns)
  - Scheduling of customer orders
  - Order confirmation to (direct) customer
  - Delivery system (delivery bill etc.)
  - Export check taking into account the constellation, e.g. due to foreign shipping
  - Internal coordination with plants in the USA and Singapore
• Warehouse includes:
  - Transfer posting of goods from goods receiving and storage
  - Commissioning of goods
  - Labeling
  - Preparation for shipping (documents), preparation for shipping
  - Set up and manage warehouse in SAP and real
• Controlling includes:
  - Order controlling
  - Active deadline tracking (towards supplier(s) and customers)
  - Creation of production plans for the plant in collaboration with Operations
• Purchasing includes:
  - Procurement of materials for the manufacture of products and preliminary products
  - Communication with suppliers
  - Ordering via the ERP system (Infor-LN)
  - Cooperation with central purchasing
  - Invoice verification and approval

What we expect from you:

• Many years of experience in order processing in a manufacturing company
• Experience in working with ERP systems such as SAP
• Experience with Infor-LN is an advantage
• Experience in handling import and export business, including customs declarations and customs tariff numbers
• Fluent language skills in German and English
