Jobbeskrivelse:
Vi søger nu vores næste salgsstjerne i Danmark med fokus på MICE inden for Corporate segmentet! Som CSM vil dit primære ansvar være at nå dine definerede salgsmål inden for MICE segmentet med fokus på vores større mødefaciliteter i Øresundsregionen, herunder Hangaren ved Københavns Lufthavn. Du vil arbejde proaktivt med både nye og eksisterende kunder for at udvide vores kundebase og fylde vores pipeline.

Ansvarsområder:

• Identificere og opsøge nye salgsmuligheder inden for M&E-forretningen (Meetings & Events).
• Opbygge og vedligeholde stærke relationer med både nye og eksisterende kunder.
• Sikre en høj kundetilfredshed gennem hele salgsprocessen.
• Samarbejde med interne teams for at sikre levering af høj kvalitet og rettidige løsninger.
• BBOB (Bring Back Old Business)
• Relationsskabende salgsarbejde til eksisterende samt nyansatte mødebookere.

Nødvendige kvalifikationer/erfaring:

• Erfaring inden for salg, gerne med fokus på MICE-segmentet.
• Dokumenterede resultater med at nå og overgå salgsmål.
• Stærke kommunikations- og forhandlingsevner.
• Evne til at arbejde selvstændigt og som en del af et team.
• Kendskab til og forståelse for målstyret salgsarbejde, salgsprocesser og teorierne bag.
• Erfaring med relationsskabende kundepleje.
• IT-kendskab, gerne inden for Google og Salesforce.
• Gode sprogkundskaber inden for de nordiske sprog og engelsk.
• Kørekort.

• Være ajour med nye tiltag, aktiviteter mv. på vores danske hoteller
• Konkurrentanalyser

Vores salgskontor ligger i Københavns Lufthavn, men vores kundeportefølje dækker hele Danmark. Du må derfor forvente, at dit arbejdssted vil være varierende.
