Key Responsibilities

• End to End project ownership on Customer Releases for Endpoint and Network Security products.
• Review system requirements and build various virtual and physical setups.
• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents.
• Participate in design meetings with R&D to learn new features.
• Define, and document a comprehensive and well-structured test plan for the new features.
• Estimate testing activities and execute test cases.
• Identify and document various software and hardware bugs, and track their status.
• Write release testing status reports.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience in the networking field.
• Experience with macOS and Linux testing and automation - must.
• Strong networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP).
• Experience with switching and routing.
• Experience with application protocols: DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, SMTP/IMAP, FTP, VoIP, NTP etc.
• Experience with VPN technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot network-related issues and analyze traffic captures.
• Understanding of windows domain systems (AD).
• Understanding of virtualization solutions such as VMWare.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Intermediate or higher level of English.
