POSITION OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking a Marketing Executive to join our team to further enhance our strong reputation and brand identity in the areas of Architectural, Engineering, Construction and Operations in the UK. This role is part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen our marketing team and better serve our customers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Marketing Manager with executing multi-channel campaigns in the marketing plan, targeting existing customers and prospective customers.
- Creating copy and creative assets for campaigns including landing pages, emails, social media, adverts, news, blog posts/articles, customer cases, videos etc.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Assisting with planning, managing and attending customer engagements such as webinars, seminars and conferences.
- Analyse and monitor campaign performance and optimise for conversions as and when required.
- Create and maintain content for the website.
- Updating marketing lists and databases to ensure content is being targeted for relevant audiences.
- Managing and running campaigns on social media channels (organic and paid).
- Sourcing advertisement opportunities with media partners, press, industry experts etc.
- Monitor competitor activities and conduct market research.
- Liaise with external agencies, designers and printers.
- Report on ROI/campaign performance and leads generated.
- Manage internal marketing budget and budgets with our partners.
- Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships.
- Creating brand compliant content for the sales and marketing teams as and when required e.g. presentations, flyers etc.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in marketing.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office etc).
- A degree in marketing or related field desirable but not essential.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of Paid Social & SEO desirable but not essential.
- Video creation and editing skills desirable but not essential.
- Strong copywriting and proofreading skills.
- Keen eye for design.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Have a creative mindset with a positive attitude towards problem-solving.
- Skilled organiser with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
LOCATION
Location is at our Cuffley Office in UK, Hertfordshire (Hybrid).
HOURS
This position will be for a full-time role (9am-5pm).
