Important role in major site project in Odense

Are you ready to take on the challenge of managing the overall construction logistics at Novo Nordisk’s new site in Odense?

Are you an experienced construction manager in executing complex building projects?

We are looking for a Site Construction Manager to join our team and make a difference in making sure our new site is built to excellent standards.

The position
As Site Construction Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:

• Set direction on the construction site for all stakeholders.
• Coordinate all time schedules and handle critical changes across all projects.
• Creating the needed daily overview and prioritization between all stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with PMO and HSE Management.
• Ensure that the needed decisions to reach the projects timeline and milestones are taken.
• The position will report to the Project Director of Site Development & Energy.

Qualifications
To thrive and succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

• Ideally around 10 years or more of experience from big construction sites, with 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Solid experience in project management and site logistics at major construction projects
• Excellent overview of complex projects and great problem-solving skills.
• You have a structured way of working and you are a strong team player who can form and maintain good relationships with internal and external partners.
  

About the department
You will be an important part of the new Novo Nordisk Site in Tietgenbyen, Odense
You will be joining the Site Development & Energy department who is responsible for the development of our site, running several projects in parallel and the creation of its infrastructure. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
