About the job
Your main responsibility will be to closely follow every step of our larger projects and be part of both the business controlling team but also part of the Engineering & Supply management team. Your primary tasks will be:
- Ensure close follow up for our larger projects within the organization.
- Manage main stakeholders, like Project Managers/Order Managers in both Europe and Asia, Head of Engineering & Supply, Head of Global Sales, auditors, etc.
- Responsible for accurate and appropriate recording of accounting transactions within Work in Progress.
- Financial support to project management.
- Implementation and maintenance of financial project follow up ensuring compliance with statutory and group rules.
- Responsible for good collaboration with our Project Managers, including updating of budgets and timeline with high-quality.
- Create and maintain relevant KPIs to ensure accountability within the organization.
Your qualifications and experience:
- Master’s degree in accounting or finance.
- Experienced with strong background in accounting.
- Solid IT competences within MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint), ERP and business intelligence.
- Strong business understanding.
- Preferable a track record from an international engineering and manufacturing businesses.
- Strong communication skills.
- Background in auditing from a major auditing company.
- Thrive in a complex matrix organization.
- Possess profound tactical as well as operational skills.
- Flued in both English and Danish is a prerequisite for this role.
