Director, Strategy and KojoX Execution Lead for Global QC

We are seeking a strategic and proactive Director, Strategy and KojoX Execution Lead to join our team. This role is designed to enhance the effectiveness of the KojoX QC strategy at FDB by ensuring seamless communication, managing tasks and projects, fostering organizational collaboration, and supporting the development of strategic initiatives. The Director will work closely with the VP of Global QC and her direct QC reports to synthesize complex information into compelling presentations, provide strategic insights, and oversee the execution of quality strategies. This role will report to the Vice President of Global QC.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between the global QC VP and internal/external stakeholders, translating the QC KojoX vision and goals into actionable directives. Facilitate alignment across teams by ensuring clear and efficient communication, networking effectively, and support the building of the global QC KojoX team
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the global QC VP based on analysis of data, and internal performance metrics. Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation and oversee the execution of strategy.
• Monitor and track progress on tasks and projects initiated by the global QC VP, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely completion. Provide status updates to the VP, proactively identify bottlenecks, and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Transform information, data, and project updates into concise and impactful presentations. Craft presentations that effectively convey key messages, insights, and strategic initiatives to diverse audiences, including executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Operate autonomously and take ownership of tasks and projects, making informed decisions and executing initiatives with minimal guidance.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships across all levels of the organization. Collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, and executives to drive alignment and foster teamwork. Inspire and motivate the organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managerial roles, supporting the execution of strategies.
• Background in Quality (QC/QA) within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
