Do you want to have a significant impact on the way Global IT delivers value to Danish Crown and its customers? And do you want to play a critical role in driving & improving Lean-Agile ways of working in an international food company? Then you might be the new Agile Coach, we are looking for in our Office of the CIO at our corporate headquarters in Randers.

Global IT is responsible for developing, implementing, and operating IT across the Danish Crown Group. Within Global IT, we are more than 300 colleagues in Denmark, England, Sweden, Poland, Netherlands, Germany, and China, and around 150 have their work base at the HQ in Randers.
You’ll be part of our brand new Agile & Transformation team, which develops and sets the standards for Danish Crowns agile way of working going forward.

Get responsibility and get close to highly complex IT Initiatives
In this newly established role you will collaborate with leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters to promote Agile practices, foster continuous improvement, and enhance organizational agility.
You will be responsible for optimizing the way we currently work in the intersection between agile product driven development and traditional waterfall projects and help us on our journey to become even more value and product driven in the future.

Your main tasks will include:
• Provide hands-on coaching to Scrum Masters, Agile teams, and domain leaders.
• Help product teams adopt and apply Agile practices, ceremonies, and principles.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on Agile methodologies e.g., in our agile communities of practice.
• Deepen your understanding of Agile delivery models (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
• Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and adaptation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Development Teams, and stakeholders.
• Promote transparency and alignment across the organization.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of Agile practices and recommend adjustments.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Agile adoption.
• Provide inspirational communication about relevant agile topics.
• Create content for and maintain agile@danishcrown.

Curious Agile Coach with strong stakeholder management skills
You hold a relevant education at bachelor’s or master’s level and have a proven experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master, preferably from a larger company. You have strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and you master English and Danish at the negotiating level.

You are comfortable with finding your way through ambiguity and situations where stakeholders hold divergent opinions and have excellent communication and facilitation skills. Furthermore, you find yourself comfortable at all levels within the organization and have a passion for driving positive change and fostering an Agile mindset.
