Maternity cover for QC Raw Materials (1-year temporary position)

We are looking for maternity cover for a one-year position for Raw Material related projects, preferably with project management experience. You will lead or co-lead projects that improve the current processes in the raw material area. We are looking for a structured, pragmatic and detail-oriented person that can manage several smaller projects at a time and/or large data collection.

You will be working closely with the entire raw material organization to improve existing processes to ensure we are ready for the scale up of the manufacturing facility and global alignment across sites.

You will head the planning and execution of raw material related projects either alone or together with stakeholders within the team or organization.

Primary tasks

• Scope projects, map and collect data
• Focus on continuous improvements to all our processes and challenge the status quo
• Execute projects and ensure progress, milestones are met on time and escalation when needed
• Plan, facilitate and lead projects - including stakeholder and change management
• Optimization of internal processes & Project portfolio overview
• Support and establish new and/or simplified processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s (BA) or Master’s Degree (MSc) in Manufacturing, Technical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Physical, Chemical or Biological Science, or equivalent
• Good communication skills in English
• Good collaboration skills in a very dynamic environment
• Experience with continuous improvement (preferred)
• Great analytical skills and ability to solve problems.
• A mindset for optimizing daily work with the patience to implement solutions in a GMP-setup (preferably you have GMP experience)

You take initiative and are comfortable with change management and stakeholder management and will also take the lead whenever needed. You are eager to learn and contribute to achieve results.

Department for you to join
You will be a part of the QC Raw Materials department, that today is organized into four teams. You will report directly to the Head of QC Raw Materials but will interact and work with all four teams and team members.
