As a Work Preparer in NorSPIE, you will play a key role as the vital link between the onshore preparation team and a safe offshore work environment, ensuring compliance with current guidelines. At the same time, you will act as an ambassador for NorSPIE’s safety culture, promoting best practices and high standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare job-packages for maintenance jobs offshore
• Support offshore maintenance jobs for the SITE Team through preparation of materials and permits in accordance to relevant procedures
• Ensure as cost effective material and resource consumption as possible
• Contribute to kick-off meetings within the maintenance section
• Cooperate with and contribute to manpower scheduling plans, so tasks are completed cost efficiently and on time.

The ideal candidate:

• Displays a high degree of safety awareness and contributes continually to improving the safety culture.
• Mechanical offshore experience, trained tradesman or maybe Marine Engineer or equivalent.
• Min. 5 years field experience from an industrial maintenance environment.
• IT proficient with good knowledge of SAP Unisol and Evision permit handling
• Possess strong analytical skills and has a structured approach to work.
• Appreciates working and succeeding in a team and can work in an international environment
• Proficient in English written and oral.
• Prepared and able to work offshore for some periods.

NorSea works closely with SPIE Oil & Gas Services in the NorSPIE consortium on the General Maintenance Contract (GMC) for Total Energies in the Offshore Danish Sector. The team consists of competent colleagues, who plan and coordinate maintenance activities on- and offshore together with the offshore teams..

Den ideelle kandidat:

• Har en høj grad af sikkerhedsbevidsthed og bidrager aktivt til at styrke sikkerhedskulturen
• Har mekanisk offshore-erfaring og er enten uddannet håndværker, maskinmester eller har tilsvarende kvalifikationer
• Minimum 5 års erfaring fra en industriel vedligeholdelsessektor
• IT-kyndig med godt kendskab til SAP Unisol og Evision-permit håndtering
• Besidder stærke analytiske evner og arbejder struktureret
• Trives med teamwork og kan arbejde i et internationalt miljø
• Behersker engelsk både skriftligt og mundtligt
• Er villig og i stand til at arbejde offshore i perioder

NorSea arbejder tæt sammen med SPIE Oil & Gas Services i NorSPIE-konsortiet om General Maintenance Contract (GMC) for TotalEnergies i den danske offshore-sektor. Teamet består af kompetente kolleger, der planlægger og koordinerer vedligeholdelsesaktiviteter både onshore og offshore i samarbejde med de offshore-baserede teams.
