Senior Product Developer (m/f/x) - PVC
Your Challenges:

• Understand strategic decisions and transform them into concrete solutions that ensure the products' relevance.
• Incorporate and apply knowledge from PVC extrusion industry into product development.
• Set a framework and describe the tasks based on, environmental loads, external- and internal requirements and interfaces in relation to a modular product program.
• Drive the tasks forward and act as technical lead with own specialist knowledge as well as involving relevant specialists in the project and coordinate the sub-tasks.
• Communicate issues and solutions with Key stakeholders and Decision makers, as well as other members in the project.
• Set direction and structure for solving the task, based on input from Stakeholders, Specialists and other project members.
• Drive senior specialized networks and thereby ensure optimal product solutions.

Your Qualifications:

• You have a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering or similar degree
• You have at least 7 of years experience within the industry, specializing on PVC materials, and a strong network to other players and partners within the field.
• You have an in-depth knowledge of IT tools such as CAD, PLM / ECM, Structural Simulation.
• Ideally, you already have had some opportunities to act as a technical lead within projects and work streams.
• You have strong stakeholder management skills, being able to build meaningful relationships with colleagues, and stakeholders and fosters trust and confidence.
• You’re able to understand problems from various viewpoints to gain deeper insights.
• Business fluency in English is required.
