Core Responsibilities
In this specialist role as Senior Control Systems Manager, you play a meaningful role implementing and standardizing Operations Technology (OT) Data structure across production Lines (ISA95) in close collaboration with OT Software Architects. More specifically you will:

  • Support Automation Engineers and Managers during design and roll-out from Data perspective
  • Operational UNS owner
  • Manage Independent Line Control Systems
  • Manage connectors to OT equipment with clear and secure interface to internal customers
  • Provides IT / Digital knowledge to ensure stability in interfaces towards digital systems
  • Drives scalability and robustness within Line connectivity and independent line control systems

Based in our office in Billund, you will join our Operational Technology Department. As part of the OT Data and Cybersecurity Team, you will drive the data flow agenda from our production lines by improving and enabling structured data and implementing Independent Line Control Systems in close collaboration with our Digital organization.

  • Minimum 5+ years working with SCADA and/or Control Systems within Manufacturing
  • Practical experience with implementing / using Unified Namespace
  • Hands on experience with Ethernet/IP and other Industrial Protocols
  • Proven experience with MQTT, OPC UA & OT connectors
  • Experience with OT Equipment such as PLC’s, IPC’s, OT Networks etc.
  • Extensive knowledge / experience with Data breakdown structure (ISA 95) and Industry 4.0
  • OT Cybersecurity awareness / knowledge
  • Great at stakeholder management
  • Structured approach with internal drive / self-motivation
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English both verbally and written
