How to contribute to our vision
For the Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy Onshore & Service Business Unit we are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven student to support our global Process & Program Management team. The chosen candidate will be part of a Global Team focused on Process Excellence and Strategic Improvement Programs. During your time we strive to develop the candidate through site visits, workshops, development plans and mentoring arrangements.

• Improve team communication & performance processes with digital tools
• Execute reporting activities for the Process & Programs management team
• Support Process and Change Managers in their regular activities and projects
• Support the change management team in the implementation of the global Competence Framework and training development
• Support the process managers in creating process documentation and process mapping as well as the implementation of new processes
• Take on small improvement projects or sub-projects under the guidance of an experience team member
• Develop and deliver persuasive business presentations
• Support Project Management Certification Program & Competence Framework
• Potential to take part in Lean Training and Certification Program

What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for someone who is currently enrolled at the university (Bachelor or Master’s) in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Business Intelligence (or similar).

If you have a background in IT, Mechanical- or Electrical Engineering, then we will also take your application into consideration.

To be successful in this role, you need/are:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organization and administrative skills, with the ability to multi-task
• Able to work in a team, or independently

The below skills are not a strict requirement, but it is a huge advantage:

• Strong digitalization skills and working with IT applications, such as O365, Power Automate, PowerBI, MS Flow
• A course in Quality Management Systems or Quality Processes

Most importantly, you challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results. You have a high professional competency, and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills, and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a strong result- and customer-oriented approach.
