Then join us as our new Quality Engineer in Thyregod!
Reporting directly to our QHSE&E Manager in Thyregod, you will take part in New Product Introduction projects and be responsible for promoting and implementing quality assurance activities. You will join a diverse, skilled, friendly and collaborative team of 10 in QHSE&E with a broad palette of professional skills and responsibilities, and you will work closely with your QA colleagues to align on processes and together raise the bar for how we work with and incorporate quality assurance in our production facilities and product development. A key focus of yours will be to ensure efficient execution of quality plans and effective compliance to product and process requirement, and you will be responsible for accelerating the development needed for taking us to next level.
More specifically, you will:
- Develop BIQ (Build-in-quality) solutions for production
- Participate in task/projects as subject matter expert
- Support operational execution of quality activities
- Drive and support problem-solving
- Promote and communicate Quality KPI’s to the organization- and enable transparency
- Work closely together with Global Quality and Global Industrial Engineering to improve and ensure stable production
Your qualifications
We imagine that you bring:
- Relevant technical background and experience, e.g. B.Sc. Mechanics / Production or similar
- Some years of experience from a quality oriented role in a production environment
- Profound knowledge in quality management and quality core tools, and practical use of these, e.g. FMEA, RCA, MSA
- Experience working in a project based setup with milestones and deliverables
Experience with project/task management, quality management, quality assurance of automated processes, lean and stakeholder management is a big advantage.

- Is structured and takes pride in meeting deliverables on time and at required quality
- Communicates at a professional level in English as well as in Danish – verbally and in writing
