The HR Business Partner is responsible for leading the HR activities for the Wood Screwing Business Unit and Supply Chain & Warehouse (80 FTE) across the UK/N Division.
This role partners with managers to maximise the performance of their teams through driving effective Talent Management, Recruitment, Organisational Design, Diversity & Inclusion. You will act as a key role-model for the business’s values, ensuring they are felt in the culture of the business throughout the Business Unit.
With reference to the HR Manager you will together with the HR team support the local management to drive the culture change towards a professional and high-performance organisation, whilst playing a visible and lead role in HR improvement initiatives across the UK/N Division.
Primary responsibilities & accountabilities:
- Partnering with the Business Unit’s Leader/managers to support the delivery of business objectives. Proactively identify the needs, develop, and implement HR initiatives to resolve & address the Business needs.
- In partnership with managers, drive & execute all HR activities: Talent Acquisition, On-boarding, Employee Relations, Succession Planning, Organisation Design, Compensation Planning, Skills Frameworks, Proactive Talent Management and Diversity & Inclusion activities
- Ensuring HR key-processes are maintained and enforced across the area of responsibility.
- Implementation of the local policies and procedures in keeping with local legal requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local legislation. Provide valuable input and expertise to the BU management team and Division in terms of DK local labor law and practices.
- Act as a champion for the business culture and become an expert in the ITW business model
- Respond to employee concerns and provide support to managers and employees in day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field is required.
- Experience of minimum of 3-5 years as a HR Partner with solid HR Generalist experience from a medium to large international company
- You possess strong knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, recruitment, training & development, and employee relations. Ideally, you have experience of working with other countries.
- Solid understanding and application of Emotional Intelligence and the ability to build credibility within a business, including strong partnership with Leaders
- A hands-on approach to getting things done with desire to have an impact.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Danish
