Finance Manager

2021.AI is looking for a sharp, energetic and detail-oriented Finance Manager. You will be the driving force behind managing our financials, and make sure we perform the best possible way, financially.

• You have strong knowledge and extensive practical experience with Danish accounting system, taxes and other financial regulations.
• You are skilled at multitasking and time management.
• You are highly efficient with strong attention to detail.
• You are independent, proactive easy learner and structured person.

About the role
Working closely with our COO, the role requires a structured and flexible approach to the tasks in a highly dynamic working environment. Taking on big responsibility from day one, the position requires a mature, and out-going individual, who has the ability to take lead, structure tasks, and has prior experience within accounting and finance.

As Finance Manager you will be responsible for a broad range of financial tasks within the company and make sure that the tasks are completed within the deadline.

Key responsibilities

• Invoicing and payments
• Updating budgets and forecasts
• Bookkeeping in E-conomic
• Controlling
• Following up on payments
• Monthly reporting of the financial statement and report to management
• Payroll and calculation of employees’ pay
• Keeping in touch with our subsidiary in Kyiv
• Declaration of VAT
• Optimizing costs
• Preparing materials for the auditors

Skills and qualifications

• Preferably a Master’s Degree within accounting, finance, business administration or similar
• 5-7 years of relevant experience on similar positions
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken (Danish is a big plus)
• Experience with bookkeeping and financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Suite
• Preferable prior experience with E-conomic
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a flexible and agile mentality
• A burning passion for finance and the scaleup scene within technology and AI
