Join us in Global Categories, Marketing & Innovation
Within this department, you will join our Category team where you will get 10 great colleagues that look forward to welcoming you. We work with Canned food, Salami, Snack and Retail Topping products to the entire world.
You’ll be at the forefront of developing and executing campaigns for our Canned and Retail Topping products across the European and Nordic markets as well as our Snack and Salami products across the European markets. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders in the different countries to ensure that our brand resonates with consumers and stands out in a competitive landscape.
What you’ll do
• Drive brand activation: Develop and implement one-year brand plans that align with our commercial and consumer insights.
• Create impactful campaigns: Craft compelling communication assets and digital strategies that captivate our audience.
• Collaborate and innovate: Work with Category Managers, our Digital Team and key local stakeholders to tailor campaigns to local needs while maintaining global consistency.
• Performance management: Set, follow up and deliver on global KPI’s for brand and media performance within the defined categories and align with your markets.
• Various projects: Take lead on different projects, from market analysis to new product development, and bring your creative ideas to life.
Who we’re hoping to find
We are looking for a candidate with a master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience, perhaps from the FMCG sector. The most important thing is that you have experience with brand development and activation and some project coordination. You are committed to ensure progression, and you are ready to grow and expand your skills to make a significant impact on our brand and your career.
