ABOUT THE JOB
As a Junior Fuel Supplier/Bunker Trader, you will be a part of a dedicated trading team who will take the lead in your theoretical learning, providing detailed training on the industry. You will be introduced to the trading tools, platform and network, and you will establish an understanding of the market as well as develop your own relationships and sourcing channels. Furthermore, you will be offered tailored training opportunities.

More specifically the day-to-day tasks include:

• Understanding customer needs, negotiate prices and closing deals
• Participating in client and supplier visits and approaching new business
• Identifying business opportunities and support business development activities
• Exposure to day-to-day trading of bunker fuel and working closely with both internal as well as external stakeholders.

YOUR BACKGROUND AND PROFILE
As a Junior Bunker Trader, it is important that you are a successful salesperson with a strong winner mentality.

Additionally, you are:

• Fluent in both written and spoken English, and Turkish is a must
• A social creature with a proactive approach to sales.
• An ambitious individual with a high level of energy.
