Key Account Specialist, Timișoara

The position

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Specialist to join the team. The role offers a unique opportunity to impact the allergy treatment perception in the country. The Key Account Specialist will be based in Timișoara.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Promote, in compliant and ethical manner, assigned products to healthcare professionals and KOLs, according to company’s objectives and marketing strategy to serve patients.
• Develops and maintains collaborative relationships and initiates relationships with future KOLs, Brand Advocates, cooperative groups and key external audiences.
• Drive the development and execution of an innovative and successful brand plan; working with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and leveraging relationships with opinion leaders in the market
• Participate in the development of marketing materials
• Ensure effective implementation of marketing campaigns to external audiences
• Develops and implements local KOL Plans, with local brand team and in agreement with plans.
• Implements and disseminates high quality medical and scientific educational programs. Gives clinical and scientific presentations at sites / cooperative groups
• Cooperates closely with Medical/Marketing Manager of the company
• Works to ensure prioritization of key healthcare professionals
• Works with development field operations to ensure prioritization of site selection for ALK-sponsored studies.
• Collect competitor information.

Skills / Knowledge Required:

• University degree level required
• Medical or scientific education (medical, pharma or natural sciences) or experience in similar position.
• Ideally 3+ years’ experience in pharma industry in preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to understand and communicate technical clinical material clearly and effectively
• Ability to develop critical relationships with physicians, nurses, clinics, and private practice facilities
• Responsible, Fast, Inclusive, Connected, Result-oriented, Entrepreneur spirit
• Track success and develop rapid corrective activities if needed
• Proficient in English (writing and speaking)
• Must be PC literate in Microsoft Office
