Lift PEAK Wind’s Finance Function
Based at our office in Aarhus or Copenhagen, you will join a young and agile team within Corporate Finance. You will be part of our Business Performance Management team and work closely with our Accounting team, contributing to bringing PEAK Wind’s Finance function to the next level. You will be critical in overseeing and managing PEAK Wind’s financial operations. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, developing financial strategies, and maintaining our compliance.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations
• Develop/optimize and implement financial policies and processes
• Improve systems, procedures, and initiate corrective actions
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Manage the audit process and interact with external auditors
• Monitor and analyse financial performance
• Oversee cash flow management and manage working capital
• VAT- & Tax filing and settlement
• Cost calculation and project controlling
• Collaborate with and act as a sparing partner with the wider finance organization

Experienced Controller with Financial Insight
We are looking for someone that has great financial insight, combined with extensive practical experience. The ideal candidate has around 5-8 years of experience in similar roles, preferably from other professional service companies or from the wind industry.

We imagine you have a strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards. Furthermore, you have excellent analytic and problem-solving skills along with dedicated attention to detail and accuracy. As PEAK Wind is internationally present, we expect that you can communicate effectively in English, both written and verbally. You have advanced knowledge of Excel and MS Office, and experience with e-conomic is a clear advantage but not a requirement.

You are persistent, gather loose ends, and take pride in completing your tasks on time. Most importantly, you possess the right drive and want to be part of a company that is experiencing great growth.
