About the role 💡

We are now looking for a Solution Designer. As a Solution Designer at Consafe Logistics, you will be a part of our Sales team and work in close cooperation with our Sales Executives to create tailor-made solutions for our customers in Norway.

Your main responsibilities will be to analyze and understand our customers’ needs in order to create the best possible solutions, together with our software and logistic experts. In this role you handle customer requests (RFI/RFQ/RFP) and act as a project manager when building the solutions. As Solution Designer you are well informed and updated on our products, competitors and other supply chain solutions.

You are responsible for presentations and documentation that supports throughout the sales process and keeping the demo environment on a best possible level. You constantly work to develop and improve the sales and solution processes and inform the organization about market trends and new opportunities.

In this role you will be reporting to our MD for Norway & Finland.

Your profile 🙋‍♀️

As a person you would describe yourself as someone who enjoys working in a flexible and fast environment, with high demands on your ability to adapt and innovate. Moreover, you excel in collaboration, demonstrate strong business acumen, and consistently show a sharp commercial focus in everything you do.

We believe that you have a university degree or similar, high knowledge within IT and Logistics and the skills and ambition to be an expert within our Astro WMS (Warehouse Management System).

To be able to suceed in this role, we believe that you have worked in a similar role, focusing on technical and functional aspects of a system with close contact with the customers. Previous experience from WMS or Solution design activities for a similar system is a merit.

Your technical, communication and presentation skills are excellent. You are fluent in Norwegian or Swedish, as well as English both in speech and in writing.
