Cadeler is a global partner in the offshore wind industry, specializing in wind farm construction and maintenance. We are part of an industry that is now, more than ever, both relevant and in high demand. As our industry continues to grow, so do we! We are now looking for a Head of Communications & Marketing to strengthening Cadeler’s presence and position Cadeler as a key player in the offshore wind industry.

What will you do?
As our new Head of Communications & Marketing, you will ensure consistency in Cadeler’s messaging – externally as well as internally. You will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing Cadeler’s brand voice, creating narratives that articulate Cadeler’s values, mission, and vision.

You will form partnerships with external stakeholders and internally you will be supporting and cooperating with all departments, especially the wider sales and commercial team, the decarbonizations team, investor relations team, finance team and the People & Culture team.

Your main tasks include:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive communications and marketing strategy.
• Develop and follow up on marketing budgets and department budgets in general
• Lead the organization of Cadeler's participation in industry conferences, exhibitions, and events
• Position Cadeler as a thought leader in the renewable energy sector
• Lead and manage a high-performing communication and marketing team of currently five people, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to maximize individual and team performance.
• Continuously seek innovative ways to improve communication practices and strategies.

In this role, you will be reporting to the EVP - Chief Commercial Officer.

We think you will be a good match if you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in Communications & Marketing from similar roles and preferable industry experience.
• Proven track record in developing strategies and consistently transforming those into successful outcomes
• Proven track record in leading successful teams
• Proficiency in written English.
• Competency in Microsoft Office
