HAMLET PROTEIN is an organization with a strong sense of purpose and a well-established product brand. As quality Engineer in HAMLET PROTEIN, you will play a pivotal role in developing our quality area.
Reporting to our Lab and Quality Manager your key responsibilities will be to:
- Make sure that Hamlet Protein comply with GMP+FSA and EU Feed regulation
- Handle non-conformities, customer complaints and customer service
- Prepare documentation for product registration and for customers/authorities
- Conduct Internal audits and inspections
- Approve new suppliers
- Implement cross department projects

Required skills and qualifications:
- Master’s degree within quality engineer or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience of successful work within the quality area
- Strong technical understanding and interest.
- Forward thinking, strong analytical mindset and structured way of working
- High drive and getting things done attitude
- Natural networking skills
- Genuine team player and believer in the importance of sharing knowledge
- Fluent in English (additional language skills welcome)
