Partner Development Representative (Remote)

Position Summary:
Operating as a member of the Jabra sales team, the individual in this role will be responsible for prospecting, recruiting, and onboarding new channel partners. The role of this position will also include maintaining and updating all related CRM records to reflect accurate sales activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General partner support and primary contact for all partners within assigned territory
  • Recruit and onboard new partners in collaboration with distribution and channel team
  • Execute the strategy needed to pursue new opportunities with appropriate channel partners
  • Assist partners with leveraging our channel programs/promotions in alignment with channel marketing functions
  • Maintain list of top partners within territory
  • Create quarterly business plans for identified top partners in territory
  • Run and analyze reporting to identify gaps and areas of opportunity
  • Follow up on partner quotes/deal registration and close business within assigned territory
  • Establish, maintain, and track pipeline to close
  • Achieve or exceed established target revenue, margin and other KPI’s
  • Implement basic sales plans with the goal to meet and exceed the company’s target growth and margin targets
  • Travel to partner locations to conduct trainings to further educate partners on Jabra and our offerings
  • Travel to distribution events to engage with sales teams and partners

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and practical relevant experience in sales
  • 3 - 5 years of partner development or inside sales experience
  • Experience in a distribution sales environment
  • Must have ability to cold call, qualify leads and follow up to build new business and meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Knowledge of the indirect sales cycle
  • Strong work ethic and successful experience managing multiple accounts
  • Ability to create workload through proactive sales activities and mindset
  • Capable of successfully implementing and managing the sales cycle within established client base
  • Able to work independently
  • Results oriented, self-starter, energetic and determined to succeed, entrepreneurial individual placing primary focus on their territory and departmental goals and objectives
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Creative, logical, and outgoing person willing to try new approaches as may be required by the company and the marketplace
  • Capable of determining the effectiveness of an approach and able to make the appropriate adjustment to achieve maximum results
  • Microsoft Office proficiency

Travel:

  • 25-40%

Pay Transparency Notice:
Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range from $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 with an additional sales incentive compensation plan targeted at $20,000.00 annually.

Compensation for roles at GN depend on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience. To remain competitive, GN offers a competitive benefits package, including annual bonuses, health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid vacation and holidays.
