Job Description
We at Publicis Sapient are expanding our fast-growing Microsoft D365 practice. We work with some of the biggest Customers in their ERP and Digital journeys in Europe, the US, the UK, AUS, and NZ for Dynamics and other practices, supported by our offices across the globe. As part of our growth, we are actively seeking D365 Lead Functional Consultants, helping our clients implement andoptimizethe Dynamics 365 Retail module, which is a part of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite of business applications. The Dynamics 365 Retail moduleprovidesa comprehensive solution for managing retail operations, such as point of sale, inventory, merchandising, e-commerce, and customer loyalty.

Your Impact:

  • Retail Module Implementation: Lead andparticipatein the implementation of Dynamics 365 Retail module, ensuring alignment with client business processes.
  • Business Process Optimization: Collaborate with clients to understand their retail business processes andidentifyareas for improvement.
  • Configuration and Customization: Configure Dynamics 365 Retail functionalities based on client requirements and collaborate with development teams for any necessary customizations.
  • End-User Training: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on Dynamics 365 Retail functionalities andprovideongoing support and guidance.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of Dynamics 365 Retail configurations and customizations and ensure the delivered solutions meet the specified business requirements and quality standards.
  • Client Relationship Management:Establishand maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Create andmaintaincomprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and implemented solutions and develop user manuals and training materials as needed.

Qualifications
Your Skills & Experience:

  • Experience of D365 F&O Commerce
  • Experience in a minimum of 2 full cycle implementations on Commerce/Retail and support is a must. Retail industry knowledge is a plus.
  • Good exposure to Finance & SCM modules of D365
  • D365 SCM and Commerce / Retail Certifications
  • Experience in configuration and troubleshooting of new stores, POS, Promotions, and hardware which includes printers, customer displays, scanners, and hardware stations.
  • Experience of rollouts, deployments, and upgrades
  • Ability to identify risks, and issues, find solutions, and plan/manage them.
  • Excellent documentation, presentation, and communications skills
  • Should be able to lead the conversations with the senior executives on the projects

Set Yourself Apart With:

Basic understanding of any of the cloud systems and cloud concepts – Azure
Basic understanding of Agile scrum methodologies. Participated actively in agile ceremonies like sprint planning, retro, sprint refinement, etc.
Good communication and client management skills.
