Senior Loadbalancer Engineer

We are looking for a qualified engineer with NetScaler experience to join our team and support load balancers. In this position, your main responsibility will be to operate NetScaler products in conjunction with F5 technology. We are looking for someone who is passionate about load balancing and is eager to extend knowledge to eventually cover both NetScaler as well as F5 systems. The position involves incidents troubleshooting, resolving complex issues, delivering a variety of projects; primarily migrations from/to NetScaler solutions and other customer demands.
Your Responsibilities
- Maintenance and operation of NetScaler load balancing systems. Join an operation team that manages incidents as well as changes and has the capacity to work on complex issues and major incidents
- Identifying and fixing problems with the network and NetScaler load balancing. Primary emphasis on NetScaler solutions, with opportunity to expand understanding of F5 systems as well
- Willing to work with architects and teammates to deliver NetScaler projects, primarily involving NetScaler/F5 migrations or new NetScaler solution implementations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including network engineers and project managers to deliver integrated solutions
Your Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintaining and/or implementing NetScaler solutions
- Solid skills in F5 BIG-IP products, including LTM, GTM, ASM (Application Security Manager), and APM (Access Policy Manager)
- Strong understanding of general load balancing concepts and best practices
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyse and resolve complex load balancer-related issues
- Additional knowledge of one or more of networking technologies including routing, switching, FW management, ISE, D-NAC is advantage
- Experience with other load balancing technologies is advantage
