Job Description
Are you a curious, dedicated and skilled Production planner / business developer that is eager to develop and optimize our core processes.?
We offer an exciting position where you will be optimizing and developing our processes for planning and supporting our internal Supply Chain of Elements and Moulds. You will be one of the key drivers of internal projects to develop and improve our processes to secure that we can follow the growing trends and higher pressure on our business!

Core Responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for daily planning operations in Development, Manufacturing or Mould Qualification, and be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Execute the daily planning operations, intake and feasibility management and be the primary contact for our customers
  • Represent Planning in daily operations meetings.
  • Balance load between sites globally within agreed capacity frames and reflect changes in SAP.
  • Start-up moulds taking capacity and Work in Progress (WIP) into consideration
  • Handle mould delays and reflect changes in SAP and info the relevant customers.
  • Handle A priority moulds (the highest priority moulds in our supply chain)
  • Prioritize orders when mould demand exceeds capacity in collaboration with Capacity management and Global Planning
  • Ensure right priority of moulds and handling high priority mould through close connection to costumers to be on top of their needs. This will lead to everyday decision making based on a detailed understanding of our customers
  • Manage and change priority of moulds based on Global Planning desires and manage this with the agreed frame.
  • Ad hoc planning tasks support activities.
  • Further develop our planning processes

Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree within engineering, business innovation, SCM or similar
  • +3 years of working with master planning and cross-functional business development
  • A strong business understanding and is curious to learn.
  • A passion for development and challenging status quo.
  • Proactive and self driven with excellent communication- and collaboration skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in English in both speech and writing.
  • It would be a plus if you have experience with SAP or similar planning systems, and S&OP processes.
  • Humble, eager to learn and a teamplayer.
