Explore The 2025 Projects:
We’re offering exciting thesis projects across various departments – here’s a list:

    • Innovation, R&D
      Mapping capabilities of neurogenic patients, to better understand how to design products that will help these people live more independent and empowered lives.
    • Innovation, R&D
      Design and develop a force simulator to be used with 3D printed catheter models, tailored for rapid user testing.
    • Regulatory Affairs
      Retrospective analysis of submission deficiencies. Can regulatory deficiency data be used to monitor organizational quality?
    • Corporate Development & Strategy
      Assess how Coloplast could create a strong M&A deal flow incl. sourcing, types of investment (early stage, growth, or mature assets), partnerships etc. Note! We are also open to other topics related to M&A / investments.
    • Innovation, Bowel Care, Pipeline and Portfolio
      Unlocking and identifying the potential of the Anal Plug market need. The purpose of this project would be to map out the market potential and to create a strategy to enter the market.
    • People & Culture
      Long Term Incentive Plan – review and redesign. As we embark on our new strategy, it is time to revisit how our LTI plan should look. Help us design an LTI-plan that: Drives focus on our business strategy and engages our people and drive loyalty. On top of that, we are looking to simplify, making the plan as simple and easy to understand and administer as possible!
    • Innovation, Coloplast Care Marketing & Services
      Taking Coloplast Care to the next level. With a new strategic direction for our consumer support experience (Coloplast Care), we need to identify what the support experience should look like in the future. What does a relevant consumer support program/consumer engagement experience look like if the main objective is to drive retention of Coloplast products in a personalised and empathic manner? Imagine you are setting it up from scratch without any legacy solutions to take into account and ideally recommend ways to leverage AI as part of the program/experience.
    • Innovation, PP, Manufacturing Exploration
      Design and modeling of catheter corrugator blocks for shaping catheters during corrugation. Design corrugator blocks for shaping catheters for new corrugator. Model material flow during corrugation. E.g., compare vertical and horizontal corrugation, modeling of where weak spots may form and if the tube can be closed in one end.
    • Wound & Skin Care, Pipeline
      Wound care innovation market analysis. Create a market overview detailing the segments and mapping available opportunities, analyzing relevant details to set the stage for Coloplast to monitor and assess market opportunities for the future. You’ll segment innovation streams in the market, assess innovation maturity level, map relevant companies/innovations and recommend strategy for Coloplast to address the opportunities.
    • Innovation, Ostomy Care, Pipeline & Portfolio
      Ostomy care market trends and their impacts on the business area strategy. Generate actionable insights and propose strategic responses. Examine the developments of clinical care standards, take note of emerging technologies, review changing reimbursement schemes, and identify dominant commercial strategies in selected markets.
    • Group Business Ethics & Compliance
      New EU directives are transforming how companies need to assess and consider business partners and relationships. Investigate how the new CSDDD requirements could play a pro-active role within Coloplast to further strengthen our key business relationships of the future.
