In Digital Products, you will join a team of 6 talented and welcoming colleagues.
We are a highly collaborative department with different skillsets. As our new Product Owner, your key responsibilities and contribution to our combined efforts will be:
- Acting as an ambassador and primary contact for queries related your team’s area
- Representing the development team in front of stakeholders and users
- Being responsible for roadmap development and alignment
- Delivering iterative releases according to the agile methodology
- Facilitating prioritization and backlog development
- Being on top of current trends to impact the direction of the platform
- Analyzing insight from our digital platform to understand customer behavior

Your educational background is not that important, but you have a structured mindset, a good understanding of how digital products are built, and you likely have a background within UX and/or software development. As PO, you should be comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have a deep understanding of agile methodologies. In addition to the above:
- Have a passion for digital innovation & management
- Experience from similar positions within product ownership
- A champion for the end user – insisting that what we ship has real value and benefits for them
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Stakeholder management experience
- Great communication skills plus speaking and writing English fluently
- Industry experience is beneficial but not a prerequisite
