Join us as People Tech Digitalization Specialist and be part of an exciting Workday implementation bringing one user friendly solution to our 10.000 colleagues.

The role will give you the opportunity to use your technical Workday skills in combination with your good stakeholder management skills and help us come together as one organization.

You will become part of the People Tech team in People & Organization (HR), consisting of 20 dedicated colleagues, who share the passion for leveraging technology to create great employee experiences. Together with the global P&O organization of app. 200 colleagues we will be engaged in a joint strategic roadmap integrating the operations of Chr. Hansen and Novozymes after the merger.

The role is one-year fixed term.

In This Role You’ll Make An Impact By

• Leveraging your Workday expertise to configure and advise on possibilities
• Focusing on user-friendly solutions by creating intuitive, accessible experiences that meet the needs of our diverse, global workforce
• Staying ahead of the curve by anticipating, advising and implementing the latest updates and enhancements
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders, translating technical concepts into non-technical language and leading technical discussions
• Approaching work with structure and pragmatism, demonstrating good planning skills, adaptability to changing priorities, and attention to detail
• Collaborating as a team player, offering support, finding solutions and having fun with your colleagues in People Tech and P&O

Relevant Experience

• Strong Workday technical skills, for example within Recruiting, Onboarding, HCM, Compensation, or Journeys
• Solid understanding of HR processes and systems from previous role
• A global outlook and cultural awareness with the ability to navigate the complexities of a multinational workforce
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience
