About the role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of our organization's data through comprehensive analysis and quality assurance processes. The data analyst is playing a key role in the Finance & Sustainability product line of the global Data & Analytics organization and will work closely with stakeholders in the finance and sustainability functions of Pandora.

About the Team:
As part of our growing Data & Analytics footprint, we are looking for a Student Assistant to join our Product Management team in Pandora’s extended Data & Analytics community. Our team consists of Business Intelligence Product Owners and Data Analysts working together to transform data into actionable insights in an agile based organization. The team mainly works with Commercial and Finance data.
Your Role as a Data Analyst:
- To do analysis on PowerBI reports and Tabular data models – we are moving from an on-prem solution to a cloud-based Azure Platform.
- Perform data cleansing, validation, and analysis by using Excel or PowerBI. Knowledge about Microsoft Excel (PowerPivot, Pivot, Formulas and VBA) is a plus.
- Good SQL coding and general data base understanding.
On a daily basis you will be:
- Communicating with developers and the business.
- Working with stakeholders to assist with data-related technical challenges within the Commercial and Finance domain.
- Document data processes and meeting outcomes where needed
- Working on other ad-hoc tasks supporting the team

- A highly motivated and self-starter approach to tasks with focus on efficiency.
- An open and easy-going approach to your colleagues and your work tasks
- Interest in data analytics and dashboard generation
- Keen interest in understanding and optimizing processes
- Adaptable in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
- An interest in financial and commercial data
