The position is a newly established role within the Consumer Healthcare portfolio at Orifarm. Our portfolio includes a variety of well-established local and international OTC, Medical Devices, and VMS brands, e.g. Apovit, Pamol, Zymelin, and many others.

About the job
As our Portfolio Manager, you will be at the forefront of translating the commercial strategy into effective portfolio management initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the development of our pipeline, maximize and evaluate market opportunities, optimize our portfolio, and seek cross-market synergies to achieve our commercial objectives.

Additional key responsibilities and tasks:

• Collaborate across the Consumer Healthcare team to develop and enhance the portfolio strategy
• Drive portfolio board preparation and co-host meetings
• Serve as a gatekeeper for business cases
• Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities, including Rx to OTC switch opportunities
• Actively participate in the ideation process
• Monitor, analyze, and track post-launches
• People manager for a portfolio optimization specialist
• Manage relationships with stakeholders across the value chain, markets, and upwards

You will join the Global Commercial Consumer Healthcare department, become a member of the leadership team, and report directly to VP, Anne-Christina Hoff.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone with a relevant educational background in business or pharmaceuticals, who possesses a strategic mindset, great stakeholder management skills, and a proactive approach to new tasks and projects. To be successful in this role, you should have experience in the pharmaceutical industry, being familiar with pharmaceutical processes from idea to market, and have experience in portfolio management.

Your professional competencies include advanced data analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel, ThinkCell, and PowerBI. You can effectively translate data into actionable initiatives and clear presentations.

As a colleague, you are recognized for your persistence, positive attitude, and ability to build relationships across functions. You are a team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and best practices throughout the organization.

Given our international presence, fluency in English is essential.

Job Location
Depending on your own preferences, the position can be based in Odense or Copenhagen (Denmark), Hamburg (Germany), or Łyszkowice (Poland), and offers a flexible work arrangement.
