THE GANNI UNIVERSE IS GROWING IN AARHUS, AND WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED STORE MANAGER TO CONTINUE OUR GROWTH IN OUR NEW STORE LOCATION AT THE HEAT OF AARHUS CITY CENTER!
The GANNI Aarhus store is relocating to the ultimate location in Aarhus, perfect for us to continue our journey of building our brand internally. This will require extraordinary team talent, and to lead and inspire, an experienced Store Manager to facilitate and lead this pivotal relocation and brand reconciliation.

As a GANNI Store Manager, you will lead and inspire your team, customers and network within our newest exclusive retail concept store visuals in this exquisite Aarhus location, and be a true ambassador for the brand both within the store and when out of store.

You will secure exquisite customer experiences for every visitor we have in the store, and ensure your team is fully equipped to master the ceremonies of the GANNI universe. You will guide, inspire and bring out the best side of all our GANNI girls, and work with the store team to secure operational excellence of the store to deliver smooth and seamless client experiences -every time.

Through intelligent clienteling tools, you will drive business, relationships and community to your store, and build your own portfolio of special clients where private stylings require your talent for styling and eagerness to accommodate your client's needs. You’re motivated by achieving targets, both in value and KPIs, and you utilise all the intelligent tools we have available, built around an OMNI channel business model, where missing a sale is never an option. You are confident, while using your talented network of fellow Store Managers across Denmark and Scandinavia. You explore options to achieve your objectives, and use your creativity and proactive mindset, to explore opportunities and new ways to drive retail excellence to the next level.

You don’t mind using your network, your knowledge about the city and personal experiences to always go that extra mile for a client and for the business. We host in-store events, and parties and we socialise with clients, neighbors and professional networks - it’s a GANNI community. Being a GANNI ambassador doesn’t stop by the doorstep. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
STORE

  • Achieve budgets and KPI targets, analyze performance and take relevant actions on areas of improvement, and follow up when necessary
  • Report and align business priorities together with Retail Country Manager within deadlines provided
  • Setting daily, weekly and monthly expectations of store results and individual team performances and following up persistently to ensure quality outcome
  • Organize and provide effective training and workshops with the team using tools provided by GANNI Headquarters

TEAM MANAGEMENT

  • Lead by example, coach, motivate, inspire and challenge the team in order to optimize Store performance
  • Ensuring all team members are fully trained on collections, following theGANNI standards, selling ceremonies and GANNI values
  • Organizing qualitative staff meetings as needed to secure high performance
  • Planning store schedules productively, and secure proficient cost spendings
  • Recruitment, onboarding, development and evaluate team members in a timely manner and ensuring GANNI HR policies and procedures are met at all times

OPERATIONAL

  • Ensure operational excellence at all time, both front of store and back of house, storefront, easy to navigate at all time for team members and store visitors
  • Responsibility of profit and loss costs and take measures where needed
  • Responsibility for all operational and commercial activities, including handling deliveries, RTW, sale implementation, till procedure, returns processing, claims processing, and omnichannel procedures (fx. BOPIS, EA, BOSFS)
  • Organization and implementation of in-store events together with the Marketing team and Area Manager’
  • Ensure all VM guidelines are put in place and follow up regularly on standards with VM management

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Solid and proven management background with at least 5 years of store management and team-leading experience
  • Experience with leading, motivating and providing sales training to staff members
  • Strong customer relations and significant CRM experience background
  • Experience working within a high-end retail brand within lifestyle business
  • Sales-driven, results motivated and goal-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills, both in Danish and English
  • Excellent understanding of performance analysis to help drive the business
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever changing retail environment
