This newly established role will drive innovation and make a meaningful impact within our dynamic Tech- and Product team at based at our beautiful Headquarter in Vejle.

About the role
As our new Product Manager for Pricing and Trade Recommendations, you’ll lead the transformation of how dealers, OEMs, and fleet owners navigate the European used car market. Your mission is to design and execute an innovative strategy that enhances pricing and trade recommendations, empowering automotive professionals across Europe.

You will lead the development and implementation of AutoProff’s Pricing and Trade Recommendation strategy, contributing significantly to pricing optimization, crafting engaging car descriptions, and generating top-notch buy/sell recommendations.Your leadership will ensure our strategies align with business objectives, delivering outstanding results for both sellers and buyers

Data is at the heart of our business, and this role will be critical for AutoProff to outpace the competition as we are positioning us as a pan-European market leader.

You will also work with peers across AutoScout24 Group to build a holistic view of how we as a group can leverage our position across markets and products (e.g., autoscout24.com, autoscout24.de/smyle, and leasingmarkt.de) to provide quality pricing and high-quality trade recommendations.

Let's dive into your key responsibilities, you will

• Work in a cross-functional team with skilled co-workers, together responsible for delighting our customers with products that help them source and sell (trade-in and stock) cars at the right price
• Lead by example and be extremely driven by leveraging data insights to drive product innovation and support business objectives
• Build and align on roadmap and objective on your area of responsibilityOversee pricing and trade recommendation related activities, ensuring data integrity, providing ongoing updates on the competitive landscape, spotting and detecting new data sources, enrichment data, and staying at the forefront of trends within AI/ML
• Together with our Tech Lead, ensure that our design, development, and maintenance of data infrastructure and systems meet business needs
• Stay up to date with of the latest trends and advancements in data technology and analytics.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and drive continuous improvement in data processes and capabilities.
• Build strong relationships with peers at AutoScout24 to leverage the strength of being part of a larger company with invaluable insights into dealer inventory across Europe

The need-to-have skills

• Robust background in product management, with significant experience in utilizing and building data products
• Proven experience in a leadership role, managing teams and driving data and product strategy
• Knowledge about ML Ops related tools (e.g. Weights & Biases, AWS SageMaker, MLFlow etc.)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
