In this role, you'll be a crucial part of the global Customer Support & Operations team, providing specialized support to enterprise customers using Logpoint’s BCS for SAP solution, as well as ensuring that they are using the solution productively. Your primary focus will be on working closely with clients and their SAP environments, advising and implementing security-related analytics, and configuring and using the SIEM product for these.

Responsibilities:

  • As part of the Customer Success Engineering team, collaborate with customers and partners translating business and security requirements into analytics in the Logpoint SIEM solution, using our BCS for SAP integrations to retrieve logs and telemetry and alert on problematic activity.
  • Take the lead and manage the technical relationship of existing customer accounts using Logpoint SAP solutions, collaborating with the account owners in the Sales team.
  • Learn and master the Logpoint SIEM solution and our SAP integrations and assist customers in solving their SAP security challenges.
  • Play an active role in building, sharing, and anchoring SAP knowledge in Logpoint, and with partners and customers.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and enable the customers to get the full value of the Logpoint and SAP solutions.

Your profile:

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • Experience working on customer-facing projects conducting analytics and presenting the findings in a structured and professional manner to the customers.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively contribute to a global team.
  • Understanding of SIEM, Cyber Security, Operating Systems and Networking.
  • Updated knowledge and interest in industry trends and emerging threats.
  • German language skills would be a plus

Additionally, you have worked with SAP in an advisory, architectural, implementation or supporting role and understand various SAP architectures, including SAP ERP, S/4HANA, Netweaver (ABAP and Java) etc.

Ideally, you also have an understanding of the wider field of SAP Security (e.g. Security Notes), and auditing of user and system activity in an SAP system.
